Thank you for visiting and making a purchase at Axium.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and returns policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 weeks.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please, allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Axium provides shipment worldwide free of charge. Delivery takes about 5-7 business days of order shipment.
Please, double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
Custom duties
USA orders:
Axium covers all import duties for orders shipped to the USA.
International orders:
Axium is not responsible for any custom fees and taxes applied to orders shipped to other countries. In this case all fees imposed during or after shipping are responsibility of the customer (tariffs, VAT, other taxes, customs duties, etc.)
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Damages
Axium is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please, take several photos of the damaged areas and contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged painting, please, save the damaged box, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box and painting to launch their investigation. All our paintings are fully insured.
In the case you receive a damaged product, we are ready to create a new painting for free or refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to us at vip.axium1998@gmail.com

Due the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

custom or personalized orders;
items on sale.
Cancellation and return

We generally accept free cancellations within 7 days of order placement. After 7 days, we charge a fee of 10%. Please note that the cancellation terms and conditions may vary on some products. Exact information is indicated on the card of each product.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your artwork delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to return your item you should contact us within 14 days after the delivery and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please, note that Axium does not cover return shipping cost. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
